Westport North garden Warriors meet here every Wednesday and Friday at the old pool area, if our Garden Flag is out, we know its a garden day (yes that is an up cycled Safety vest...we thank our garment sponsor Solid Energy).

e really like setting everything up ready for gardening, we especially like signing in each day. Here some wonderful helpers are cutting up slips with our Garden Blog address, these are to take home to show our families what we get up to...we love looking at photos of ourselves almost as much as gardening!

The 4 raised beds in the foreground were luckily already here (we planted these in mid June), we then had the lovely staff from BNZ Westport organise the tyres and pile of dirt, we the "Garden Warriors" have since added the bottle garden and salvaged the other wooden raised beds..now its time to start sowing and planting!
